🛂 Pre-Departure Responsibilities
Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date.
Obtain the necessary visa for your destination.
Confirm flight tickets, hotel bookings, and travel itinerary.
Consider getting travel insurance for health, baggage, and cancellations.
Follow airline baggage rules and avoid restricted items.
📌 Airport & Boarding Guidelines
Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
Follow security and immigration procedures.
Adhere to airline regulations on liquids, electronics, and baggage weight.
🌍 During the Trip
Respect local laws, dress codes, and cultural practices.
Keep emergency contact numbers and follow health guidelines.
Use international debit/credit cards and check exchange rates.
Stay connected with family and monitor travel updates.
🏡 Returning from the Trip
Declare dutiable items and avoid bringing prohibited goods.
Ensure you collect all checked-in luggage.
Follow immigration procedures at arrival.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
